Returns/ Exchange

We want you to be happy with your State of Georgia purchases and feel fabulous when you wear them. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will happily exchange your item for another item up to the same value or a credit note. All exchanges must be made by firstly contacting our team by emailing us at;

Returns / Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is received back to State of Georgia unworn with all tags intact and in the original condition.

 

SALE ITEMS 

Please note we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on Sale items except if an item is faulty.

 

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING GOODS

All shipping costs associated with exchanging goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. The item is the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches us (we recommend you use a delivery / postage service with a tracking code) Please provide State of Georgia with the Tracking number via email upon sending the item to us

The original shipping charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS

State of Georgia only provides Refunds if the item you received is faulty or we have accidentally sent you the wrong item.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item please email us at customerservice@stateofgeorgia.com.au within 5 days of receiving your item and outline your concern with an attached photo showing the fault (if possible).

Any faulty merchandise being returned must be returned unworn with the original tags still intact to;

We will happily refund any shipping costs associated with returning a faulty item as well as the original shipping costs associated with purchasing the product.
