State of Georgia wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we understand that occasionally things just don’t work out as planned, but we urge our customers to select carefully. RETURN PROCEDURE

We know we can’t always be perfect, if there is any reason you would like to return your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly assist you with an exchange or store credit.

Please contact us by email to info@stateofgeorgia.com within 7 days from the date of receipt in order to make a return for exchange or credit note.

Please note, State of Georgia will not be responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases - other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items.  It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.

 

CHANGE OF MIND 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. State of Georgia can offer Store Credit for change of mind.

State of Georgia accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition for exchange or credit note only.

Online purchases can only be returned for exchange or credit note via post, to our Australian Postal address. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Please be mindful: all orders purchased on SALE are final. All orders purchased using a FLASH SALE CODE can be returned for a Store Credit of the amount paid, only. We do not accept returns on previously credited items. We will not process refunds on After Pay processed payments.

FAULTY ITEMS

If any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return as above. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in otherwise approved circumstances.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection.

State of Georgia reserves the right to inspect the garment, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing an additional 14 days to be sent to our Head Office in Bali.

 

All store credits or refunds for any return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.

 

State of Georgia reserves the right to deny a return, if it does not meet our returns policy or was not authorised via email prior to receipt.
