STATE OF GEORGIA RETURN & REFUND POLICY
State of Georgia wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we understand that occasionally things just don't work out as planned. If there is any reason you would like to return your purchase please let us know the reason why and we will gladly assist you with a refund (of the price of the garment) or exchange.
**Please note the refund or exchange policy DOES NOT apply to Sale or Discounted garments
Refunds and Exchanges can only be accepted on items that we receive returned Unworn, Unwashed, in Original Packaging with all Tags intact. Items that do not return in this condition will be unable to be processed.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING
- All returns and exchanges must be made by firstly contacting our team via email within 5 days of receiving your initial order.

- Returned garments must be received by State of Georgia within 14days of the date of the original order being delivered to the customer's shipping address.
- Refunds / Exchanges will be processed within 14days of State of Georgia receiving the returned goods
Unfortunately we are Unable to provide Money Back Returns on any item that has been discounted or was purchased as part of a Sale or Promotion, except if the garment is deemed to be delivered faulty.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING GOODS
State of Georgia does not cover any costs associated with returning a purchase, apart from cases where the garment was deemed to be delivered to the customer in a faulty condition.
RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNED OR EXCHANGED GOODS
If an item is being returned or exchanged, the item remains the responsibility of the purchaser until it reaches us (we recommend you use a delivery / postage service with a tracking code)
